Small Queens through Edwards Collection/Hoard. Mounted collection of mint and (mostly) used material from 1870s Small Queens through 1908 Edwards and Quebec Tercentenaries. Hinged on blank 3-ring pages. A bit sloppily mounted and annotated but don't let that fool you. Noted interest in re-entries, plate flaws, pre-cancels, squared-circles, fancy cancels, CDS cancels, shades, papers, large multiples. The Tercentenary section includes at least one mint and one used set plus numerous extras. The Victoria Leafs and Numerals in particular offer a wealth of shades and cancels. Huge basic catalogue value total as well as being an unpicked gold mine for the collector of Victorian and Edwardian era of stamps and cancels. Several thousand stamps in total. Estimate
