Archival quality VF mint NH all different Kasimir Bileski prepared portfolio/collection of 23 matched sets of inscription blocks of four of various 2nd, 3rd and 4th printings of the smaller format "Red Dues". Not complete as per the original Bileski prepared group but still includes numerous better items. The DF, LF and Hibrite papers have all been properly identified, mostly in comparison with the other papers in the lot. Note that the original Bileski paperwork for the group is included.
