Bankers Box that acted as a repository for stamps that had no immediate place in this collector’s arsenal. It starts off with a couple of starter collections (still lots of catalogue value here) and progresses to stockpages and some old bidboard lots that were purchased and set aside. There are a few bundles of stockcards, album pages and loose stamps too. As for the stamps themselves, we noted a bunch of 1950’s and "red due" plate blocks, an attractive group of "back of the book" and assorted mostly used issues through the 1930’s. There are some 1960’s presentation cards, a CAPEX ’78 presentation set of three (plus a handful of the Ashton-Potter cards) and a pad (yes, a pad) of 1c MacDonald "caricature" precancel sheets. Noted better singles around every corner, but a good sort is needed. Estimate =
